All Sales Are Final
Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our lash products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have been purchased. This ensures every client receives products that meet our highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are here to make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dreamlashstudio15@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Accuracy
We kindly ask that you carefully review your order details, including your shipping address, prior to checkout. Lash Heavenly LLC is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

For delivery concerns, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Order Processing & Cancellations
Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery. As a result, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

  • An item is unavailable and cannot be fulfilled

  • A replacement is not possible for a damaged or incorrect item

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
